Hall Hire Agreement Conditions

AGREEMENT RE HIRE OF CHURCH PROPERTY

I am aware that the parish has a policy of child protection and I accept full responsibility for the safety of all children/and or adults during the period of room hire. 

I undertake to ensure the appropriate and adequate supervision of any children or young people using the facilities during the period of hire.

I understand that the parish can accept no liability for accident, incident or injury which may occur during the period of this hire agreement.

   •     Payment to secure all bookings will be made at All Souls Church on Sunday mornings or via bank transfer (by arrangement)

   •     Rental is per hour or part of and should include time to set up and clear away

   •     Users will collect and return the key from a local address

   •     Users are asked not to fix any banners etc that might cause damage to the existing surfaces

   •     Users are asked to take all rubbish home with them
