We are working hard to improve our Carbon footprint and to encourage wildlife and beautify our church grounds. We are measuring ourselves the Church Eco Award to mark our progress. Some thing work and some thing dont't.

Things we have done, bird boxes, insect hotel, we tried a wild flower meadow which didn't take off, built a number of compost bins from reclaimed pallets. We have also with the help of Local Council grant we have two community vegetable beds. We have been putting a lot of work in the garden behind the Church Hall to make a more social area.
